Junior Sales Representative
MSM Export | International Role
MSM Export is looking for a motivated and commercially driven Junior Sales Representative to support the development of international business activities across global markets. Experience in the defence industry is not required; however, strong business acumen, communication skills, and willingness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Actively identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
Present the company’s products and services to business partners and customers
Participate in commercial negotiations and support contract preparation
Monitor market developments, customer needs, and competitor activities
Prepare business offers, quotations, and commercial documentation
Cooperate with internal departments including production, logistics, legal, and compliance
Participate in international exhibitions, conferences, and meetings with foreign partners Provide regular reporting and market analysis
Perform additional tasks assigned by management
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (defence, engineering, manufacturing, or technical B2B products is an advantage)
Interest in international business and defence industry environment
Basic orientation in tenders and international trade processes is a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Negotiation mindset and customer-oriented approach
Ability to work with sensitive information professionally and confidentially
Willingness to travel internationally
Language Requirements
English – advanced level (C1)
Additional languages are considered an advantage
